PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or a try before you buy program. This policy explains how cancellations and changes work for each type of purchase.

Subscriptions

⚠️ Minimum Commitment: All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of two (2) billing cycles. You may cancel only after your second successful payment. No early cancellations or refunds are allowed before the second billing cycle is complete.

  • Free bottles included in promotional bundles (such as Buy 2 Get 1 FREE or Buy 3 Get 2 FREE) apply only to your first subscription order. Starting with your first subscription rebill, free bottles are removed and only the paid bottle quantity will be shipped at the same bundle price.

  • Example:

    • Initial subscription purchase: Buy 2, Get 1 FREE for $99.95 → you receive 3 bottles.

    • First renewal: you receive 2 bottles for $99.95 (paid quantity only).

  • If you prefer to continue receiving a multi-unit bundle every month (e.g., 3 or 5 bottles ongoing), please email our support team at info@jcked.com to request custom subscription bundle pricing. All multi-unit subscription pricing must be approved in writing by JCKED.

  • When bundle adjustments occur, we will default future shipments to the first flavor/product you originally selected. You may update your flavor or product any time in your subscription portal or by contacting support.

  • We reserve the right to make subscription adjustments when necessary to prevent billing issues, maintain accurate renewals, and ensure subscription compliance within our system.

  • Your payment method will be charged automatically according to your selected delivery frequency. Some subscription plans auto-renew unless canceled after the second billing cycle.

  • Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or dispute before completing the required two billing cycles is a violation of our Terms. Proof of your agreement to these terms will be provided in all dispute cases.

  • You may manage your subscription at any time using the link in your order confirmation email or by contacting our support team at info@jcked.com.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders secure products not yet in inventory. Payment may be collected in full, partially, or authorized at checkout and then charged once the product is ready to ship.

  • You may cancel a pre-order if it has not yet been fulfilled or shipped. Once fulfilled, the order cannot be canceled, but refunds or exchanges may be requested under our Refund Policy.

Try Before You Buy

  • When you select “try before you buy,” your payment method is authorized but not charged at checkout.

  • You will have a trial period (specified at checkout) to decide if you want to keep the product.

  • If the product is returned within the trial period, the authorization will be released. If the trial period ends without a return, your payment method will be automatically charged in full.
