SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES

Our JCKED Fulfillment Team prepares every order with care. Most orders ship from our location quickly.

  • Standard Processing: Orders placed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) will ship within 24-48 hours. Dang that’s fast!

  • Weekend Orders: If your order is placed on a weekend, it will ship the following Monday.

  • Holidays: If your order is placed during a US public holiday, it will ship the next business day.

  • High Volume Periods: Orders placed during large sales, promotions, new product releases, and holidays may require additional processing time—which can be up to 2-3 additional business days. Rest assured: we always strive to get you your gains as fast as possible.

Modifying Orders:

If you notice an error on a recently submitted order, please contact Customer Service immediately at info@jcked.com. We’ll help you get it fixed! You can make changes to your order within 2 hours of placing it. No order changes are accepted after this period.

Seasonal Note: From October 1st to January 31st, couriers cannot guarantee shipping times, and ETAs provided at checkout should only be considered a guide.

We offer a bunch of convenient shipping options. Shipping availability, rates, and speeds may vary based on location. Please select at checkout whichever option is most convenient for your needs.

National Orders (USA)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Note for Hawai‘i and Alaska Customers:

Due to courier limitations, deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska may take up to 15 business days, regardless of the shipping method selected. We appreciate your understanding and patience.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International athletes need gains too! Duties, Taxes, and Import fees are calculated at checkout. These fees vary by destination, so for more information, please check your local laws.

Estimated Transit Times:

  • Canada: 5-15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5-10 business days

  • All other countries: 10-20 business days

Please note: The estimated transit timelines above show the approximate number of business days it will take for your package to move from our warehouse to you. The timeline for your chosen shipping option begins the day we ship your package, not the day we receive your order.

Important: Remember, it can take up to 5 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment (see Processing Times above). To calculate your approximate delivery date, add 1-5 business days (processing time) to the number of business days listed for your chosen shipping option (transit time).

International Returns Note: Please review our Return Policy below, as international orders are subject to different refund regulations (Store Credit/Exchange only).


JCKED DOES NOT GUARANTEE ARRIVAL TIMES

We wish we could, but we do not guarantee exact delivery dates. Shipping speeds can be impacted by a number of factors beyond our control. Customs checks, severe weather, supply chain shortages, and other challenges may result in unanticipated delays. We will not be held liable nor offer reimbursement for these types of delays.

As soon as we process your order in our JCKED warehouse, we generate a tracking number.

  • Please keep in mind: There will be a delay of up to 2 business days between the generation of the tracking number and when the carrier registers the package in the system.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED ORDERS (SHIPPING PROTECTION)

We offer Shipping Protection to help improve your experience. By selecting this option at checkout, you protect your order from loss, theft, or damage during shipping.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged, is leaking, or never arrives? A: We take pride in our "gains," and we want them to arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken seals, leaking containers, or cracked packaging), you must report the damage within 7 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a replacement.

We highly recommend adding Shipping Protection at checkout for the fastest resolution. If you secured your order with protection, you can easily file a claim for an immediate reorder or refund within 24 hours. (If you opted out of shipping protection, please still contact us regarding damaged items within the 7-day window; however, resolution times may be longer as we must file claims with the carrier).

Q: How do I file a claim? A: It’s easy! If your order is damaged, leaking, or lost, email info@jcked.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage/leakage so our team can ship out your replacement as quickly as possible.


RETURN POLICY

Here at JCKED we stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why we make our returns policy as hassle-free as possible.

How to Initiate a Return:

We utilize Loop Returns to make your return or exchange process seamless.

SUPPLEMENTS: 90-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

JCKED offers a 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. We will exchange or refund your product if it follows these conditions:

  1. Supplements were purchased directly through www.jcked.com.

  2. It was not a final sale item. Sales are final on any promotional items sold on the site.

  3. It is not a digital program. We do not provide refunds for any digital products unless stated on the product’s sales page.

  4. It is not a limited edition item. Limited Editions cannot be refunded or exchanged.

International Returns (Outside the US):

For customers outside of the US, we are unable to offer monetary refunds to the original payment method. Instead, international customers requesting a return will be offered Store Credit equal to their purchase value OR an Exchange—unless the product is faulty. For faulty products, proof (including pictures) must be provided. We reserve the right to deny refunds if supporting evidence is not provided.

Once received, we will verify your return. If approved, reimbursements (for US orders) will be made to the original payment method, minus original shipping costs and return label fees. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the reimbursement credit to appear on your credit card statement.
