JCKED Integrations Privacy Policy

1. Who operates this application

JCKED Integrations is an internal business application operated by Apex Ecommerce LLC, doing business as JCKED (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It connects authorized business users with Google Ads reporting and account-management features through a private workspace and ChatGPT.

2. Information we access or receive

• Connection information: your workspace user identifier, Google Ads customer and optional manager account identifiers, account name, currency, time zone, verification status, and connection settings.
• Authorization credentials: OAuth client credentials and refresh tokens used to obtain access tokens. The application does not request or store your Google account password.
• Advertising information: campaign, ad group, ad, asset, budget, bid, targeting, and conversion-action configuration; performance and conversion reports; and available change history requested through the connection.
• Action content: instructions, proposed changes, advertising copy, creative assets, and upload details you provide when using supported management features.
• Operational records: request identifiers, action plans, timestamps, validation and execution results, errors, and records used to prevent duplicate or uncertain writes.

Access is limited by your Google permissions and enabled application features. This Google Ads connector does not currently access Google Analytics, Search Console, or Tag Manager. Please avoid including unnecessary personal information in advertising assets or instructions.

3. How we use information

We use connected information to answer requested advertising questions, generate reports, prepare and validate changes, execute authorized account actions, support creative uploads, and return results to you. We also maintain operational records to troubleshoot failures, secure the connection, and avoid duplicate actions.

Google Ads authorization permits both read and management operations. Within the application, write actions use reviewed plans and require approval before execution. We do not use this connection to manage billing or invite account users.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for unrelated advertising profiles, or use it to develop or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. JCKED Integrations' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.

4. Where information is processed and shared

• Google: authentication and API requests are sent to Google. Approved changes and uploads are applied to the authorized Google account.
• OpenAI / ChatGPT: requested reports, submitted instructions, and action results are processed through ChatGPT so the application can respond to your requests. Chat history and platform retention depend on your applicable OpenAI terms and account or workspace settings.
• Hosting and storage providers: the private application is hosted through OpenAI Sites and uses Cloudflare infrastructure for application data and stored files.
• Authorized personnel: access is limited to personnel who need it for authorized operation, requested support, security, or legal obligations. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to address fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

Providers may process information in countries other than your own. We share information for the purposes described here, not for independent sale of Google user data. These public information pages are hosted on Shopify; normal storefront technologies and cookies are described in our storefront privacy policy.

5. Storage and security

Connection credentials are encrypted in application storage. The operational workspace requires authenticated access, and communications use HTTPS. Configuration, change plans, upload records, and execution records are stored to support the service; larger plan payloads and assets may be held in private object storage.

Read results are returned to the requesting workflow; the connector does not automatically archive every report response in its own database. Report information may still be retained in your ChatGPT conversation or another destination you explicitly choose. No system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain connection data while the connection is in use and operational records as needed for service reliability, security, audit, or legal purposes. The application does not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule to operational audit records or stored plan files.

Disconnecting the application removes its saved connection credentials and configuration, plus associated plan and upload database records. Some operational audit records and stored asset or plan files can remain. To request deletion of retained application data, email sebastian@apexecommerce.info with the relevant business account and request. Do not send passwords or tokens.

Disconnecting does not delete ads or assets already created in Google Ads, remove information from your ChatGPT history, or revoke Google's authorization by itself. Those records and permissions must be managed in the corresponding services. We may retain information required by law or needed for legitimate security purposes and will explain applicable limits when responding to a request.

7. Your controls and privacy requests

You can disconnect the application from its private workspace and revoke its access through your Google Account third-party connections. Revocation prevents further authorized API access once effective; it does not automatically erase existing records.

You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your application data, or to ask about a particular use. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the relevant business account before fulfilling a request. Your rights depend on applicable law.

8. Updates and contact

We will update this page when the application's practices change and revise the effective date. Material changes to the use of connected Google information will be disclosed before that new use, with additional authorization where required.
