JCKED Integrations Terms of Service

Apex Ecommerce LLC · JCKED

Clear terms.
Controlled access.

Terms for using JCKED Integrations, our private advertising reporting and account-management workspace.

Effective October 8, 2026

1. These terms and the operator

These Terms of Service govern use of JCKED Integrations (the “Service”), operated by Apex Ecommerce LLC, doing business as JCKED (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is intended for authorized internal business use by adults, not public consumer signup. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization. These terms address the integration, not purchases from the JCKED store, and do not replace any employment, contractor, or other written agreement with us.

2. Eligibility and account access

You may connect and manage only accounts you own or are authorized to access. Keep credentials and access tokens confidential, use approved authentication methods, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to sebastian@apexecommerce.info.

Permission to enter the workspace does not grant authority over every connected advertising account. Your access remains limited by your assigned role, account-owner instructions, platform permissions, and any agreed operational restrictions. Do not share private reports, creative assets, or account information with unauthorized people.

3. What the Service provides

The current Google Ads connection supports advertising reports, account and campaign information, and supported account-management actions. Features may include preparing changes to campaigns, budgets, bids, targeting, ads, assets, and conversion settings, as well as supported creative uploads.

Availability depends on provider access levels, permissions, quotas, and enabled features. The connector does not currently manage billing or user invitations and does not currently provide Google Analytics, Search Console, or Tag Manager access. No promise is made that every platform operation is available.

4. Approval, launches, and advertising costs

Accepting these terms or connecting an account is not blanket approval to launch ads, change budgets, or execute other account changes. The Service uses reviewed change plans and requires the applicable approval before execution. New campaigns and ads default to paused; launching requires explicit approval of the launch plan. Unattended launch automation is not currently configured.

Before approving an action, check the account, campaign, assets, copy, destination, targeting, status, budget, and other affected settings. You are responsible for ensuring that your approval is within your authority and that the advertising is accurate, lawful, and compliant with platform requirements.

Approved actions can create live account changes and advertising charges. The advertising account holder remains responsible for charges under its agreement with the advertising provider. Disconnecting this Service does not pause ads, cancel campaigns, reverse completed actions, or stop platform billing. Manage delivery directly in the advertising platform when necessary.

If an action reports an uncertain outcome or an error, verify the account state before retrying. Platform review, delivery, approval, and undo or recovery of changes are not guaranteed.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to access accounts without permission, bypass security or approval controls, expose credentials, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malicious content, or perform unlawful, deceptive, or prohibited advertising activities. Do not interfere with the Service or evade provider quotas, restrictions, or enforcement.

You must comply with applicable law and the terms and policies governing the connected platforms. Use only the data and permissions needed for authorized business purposes.

6. Your content and our application

You retain the rights you hold in content you submit, including creative assets, advertising copy, and business records. You confirm that you have the permissions needed to submit, process, upload, and use that content for the actions you request, including any necessary likeness, music, brand, and advertising rights.

You authorize us and our service providers to process and transmit that content only as needed to operate the requested features, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and handle information as described in our Privacy Policy. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

We and our licensors retain rights in the application, its design, and related materials. Authorized users receive a limited, nonexclusive, revocable right to use the Service for its intended business purposes, subject to these terms and applicable law. Third-party brands remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Privacy and third-party services

Our JCKED Integrations Privacy Policy explains connected data, credentials, hosting, sharing, retention, disconnection, and deletion requests. These terms do not expand the data uses described there or override your applicable privacy rights.

The Service relies on third parties, including Google, OpenAI/ChatGPT, and hosting providers. Their services are subject to their own terms and policies. Requested reports and action results are returned through ChatGPT. Provider changes, outages, restrictions, or revoked permissions may affect functionality.

JCKED Integrations is independently operated and is not endorsed by Google. Connecting through the Service does not guarantee Google verification, API approval, advertising approval, or continued provider access.

8. Fees and service changes

These terms do not establish a paid public subscription or authorize us to impose new service fees without a separate agreement. Advertising charges and third-party subscription or infrastructure charges remain governed by the relevant provider agreements.

We may maintain, modify, restrict, or discontinue features, including where required for security, legal compliance, or provider requirements. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when practicable; urgent security or legal action may require immediate changes.

9. Reports, availability, and warranties

Reports and AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Verify material conclusions and proposed changes against source accounts before relying on them. The Service does not guarantee revenue, profitability, ad performance, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. This does not exclude any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Responsibility and liability

You remain responsible for your authorized instructions, submitted content, and business decisions. We remain responsible for our obligations under applicable law and any controlling written agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable under these terms for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities. This exclusion does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing here eliminates amounts properly payable to advertising platforms or other providers under their separate agreements.

11. Suspension, disconnection, and termination

We may suspend or end access if you lose authorization, breach these terms, create a security risk, or if continued access is prohibited by law or a provider. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your account at any time. You can separately revoke access in your Google Account connections.

Disconnection and revocation have different effects. Retained operational records and stored files are handled as described in our Privacy Policy; disconnection does not erase previously created ads, uploaded platform assets, or ChatGPT history. Contact us for deletion requests.

Provisions concerning accrued obligations, intellectual property, privacy, limitations of liability, and other matters intended to survive termination remain applicable.

12. Questions, updates, and general terms

For questions or a dispute, contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory legal protections or restricts access to remedies that applicable law preserves. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

We may update these terms and will change the effective date. Material changes will be communicated to authorized users before they take effect where practicable, and consent will be requested where legally required. If you disagree with updated terms, stop using the Service.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. If a separately signed agreement expressly governs the same matter, that agreement controls to the extent of a conflict.
